Some recent storms tore the roof and walls off the sheering shed at a mate's small farm so we went out to help put it all back together.

I arrived the night before we planned on starting work so headed out to the back paddocks to find a fox that was lurking near the dam, but only found a few hares.

Hares are a feral pest in Australia and need to be removed. For anyone who doesn't know what a hare is, imagine if you took a rabbit, grew it to 6 times it's regular size, give it red eyes of doom, and basically jack it up with performance enhancing drugs.

We managed to get 5 down and didn't get to bed till about 1.30am, which is especially nuts because we had to get up at 5.30am to start working on the shed!
