Leopards (Panthera pardus pardus) are not often a common sighting in the Kruger National Park, even though there are more than 1000. They occur throughout the Kruger National Park and you must count yourself lucky of you see one.

Leopards can often be seen on the move in the early morning or late afternoon. Often they can also be seen lazing in trees with a kill, or just sleeping. This video was filmed 2kms from Shingwedzi Camp, we were very fortunate.
