🔥 30 MIN BEGINNER KETTLEBELL WORKOUT | Strong Legs & Glutes at Home
Ready to start kettlebell training? This 30-minute beginner friendly kettlebell workout includes a warm up, strength circuits, two fun flow tracks to music, and a cool down so you can train your whole body in one efficient session.
Kettlebells are fantastic for women because they allow you to work multiple muscle groups at the same time, helping you build strength, mobility, and endurance without long workouts.
In this session we focus on powerful lower-body movements that activate the glutes — one of the largest and most important muscles for posture, hip stability, and everyday movement. Many of the exercises are compound movements, meaning your glutes, legs, core and upper body work together.
You'll also practice unilateral training (one side at a time) to improve balance, coordination, and overall strength.
To make this workout beginner friendly, I demonstrate assisted kettlebell cleans into the rack position so you can learn the movement safely and build confidence with your kettlebell.
💪 Exercises in this workout include:
• Squat rotations
• Rotational press
• Kettlebell deadlifts
• Side lunges
• Goblet squats
• Kettlebell swings
• Around the world press
• Cross body swings
Cool down movements include the spiral press and lying arm bar to help improve shoulder mobility and control.
