The song is our way of saying you don't need a face to make music interesting. On this instrumental track WALFANG goes against what people expect from a band like this. You don’t need words when the music speaks for itself. Mixing elements of noise, stoner and grunge with a healthy dose of post rock and shoegaze, even integrating a Turkish saz, they know to take you on a psychedelic trip that will ooze you in a comfort zone only to rip you away into the harsh reality called life.

The story behind the video When prepping for the release of the album the drummer Charlie found some footage of his grandfather he never knew and only heard stories of. Since the artwork for the record is an old picture taken in the 60’s in France it seemed fitting to incorporate the footage of his other grandfather. “The stories I heard about my fathers father were usually about him being a hardworking man who saw the beauty in his work as a doctor. Him working in his yard was a contradiction to the image I had of him in my mind. Doing routine work like harvesting potatoes or painting his house reflect what this song is meant to represent. The routine of life and the beauty you make of it.”
