Dave Hillyard and the Rocksteady 7 - Playtime from the Hellcat Label Compilation, Give 'Em the Boot (the first one). The video was downloaded from archive.org. It was originally created in 1969 and titled "Joshua". The original dealt with issues of racism, but now the video tells the story of a guy who likes to run around and help people fly kites. Yeah, kite flying rocks! The kid with the kite looks a little like David Letterman, too.
