In this vlog, we set out on a beautiful monsoon hike to Bhasmasur Hill via Champadevi, one of the most scenic hiking routes around Kathmandu.
During the monsoon season, the trail completely transforms — the forest becomes incredibly lush and green, clouds roll through the hills, and the entire hike feels like walking through mist. Along the way we experienced peaceful jungle trails, foggy viewpoints, and the refreshing atmosphere that only monsoon hikes bring.
But the adventure didn’t end there. While returning from the hike, we were suddenly caught in rain, making the descent even more memorable and adding to the raw experience of trekking in Nepal’s monsoon season.
