Wild Tea Explained – Nature, Origins & Why It’s So Special | ABC of Tea

Описание: In this video, I’m exploring one of my favorite topics: the wildness of tea.
What does it really mean when we call a tea “wild”? Where does wild tea come from, and what makes it so different from cultivated varieties?

I’ll show you several examples of wild teas from China and Thailand, brew some of them, and share my impressions. We’ll also talk about the ecology, the soil where these wild bushes grow, and why this natural environment gives them their unique character and taste.
