We have a snippet of our vertical dance training event "Blank Canvas" ready for you, full film to follow!
In June, we took to the walls of King John's Castle, the Limerick Strand Hotel and cliffs in the Burren, Connemara to train 16 Irish and international dancers.
This event was part of the Vertical Dance Forum, 7 of the world’s top vertical dance creators, directors and choreographers whose aim is to train people in vertical dance and create new outdoor performances on historical sites, city centre buildings and outdoor nature landscapes, which has taken place before.
This project is co-funded by Creative Europe programme of the #EuropeanUnion. The Irish event was supported by Limerick.ie Limerick Arts Office Donegal County Council Irish Aerial Creation Centre Creative Europe Desk Ireland - Culture Office and special thanks to Irish World Academy Dance Limerick Made For Stage Limited and Burren Nature Sanctuary
