This is a short overview about our newest VA5Pro vibration analyzer which combines Vibration analyzer, Ultrasound detector and Thermal imaging camera in one package.
Let us introduce you Adash flagship which is based on vibration analysis experiences we all in Adash keep absorbing since 1991.
VA5 Pro vibration analyzer has brand new customized design with rubber protection bumpers with IP 65 rating. Large 9 inch touchscreen display and built in 5 Mpx camera with autofocus. Leather pouch allows you one hand device operation and shoulder strap would be handy during your analysis jobs.
VA5 Pro is powered by 1,9 GHz processor which can handle to measure 4 AC vibration signals, 4 DC (for example process value) signal + speed. All these measurements are measured simultaneously in real time!
We are sure that VA5Pro will fulfill all vibration diagnostician measurement needs and will be a great helper for machinery maintenance jobs.
Brief look on all VA5Pro measurement modes:

Analyzer – enables you to measure any type of customized measurement from simple overall vibration value through FFTs and time signals up to more advanced task with proximity probes such as Orbits, centerlines etc.

Route – Create route tree in DDS software according to machines situated in your factory and perform your day to day data collection. Trend vibration values, set up alarm and danger limits and simply keep an eye on machinery.

RunUp – This mode simplifies machine run up and coast down job. It allows you to control the saving of data, for example as soon as possible, by speed change, time chance etc.

Recorder – Unique feature with unappreciated value. Record the raw signal from the sensor, means raw signal from the machine and later you can make a post processing of this signal on PC.

Balancer – graphical one and two plane balancing program with intuitive working environment.

FASIT – expert system for automatic machine fault detection.

Stethoscope – Probably the oldest machine fault detection method but still very useful even today. Attach the sensor to bearing house and listen the bearing or machine noise using headphones.

Lubri – the Lubri mode measures actual bearing acceleration vibration signal and according to that it helps to optimize the lubrication process.

Octave analysis – with ICP microphone you can measure audible sound level. Using Octave Spectrum you will find out on which frequency the sound has highest peak.

Bump test – easiest way how to find structure resonance frequencies. No need of any settings, just place the sensor on investigated machine or machine structure and hit it with hammer.

ADS – operating deflection shapes mode visualize the machine vibrations by animation. The animation can be done directly in the VA5Pro once you collect all necessary data.

Ultrasound – Typical applications are leak detection, electrical arching or early bearing fault detection.

Camera – capture suspicions machine issues on camera and share it with responsible person.

Thermal Camera - Thermal imaging camera gives you another sense. Find overheated bearings, loose electrical connections and other industrial problems.

Gallery – helps you to manage all your pictures from IR or standard camera.

MCSA – Motor current signature analysis tool for electric motors inspections.
