Описание: Le punzonatrici a controllo numerico IMAC sono dotate di un sistema Multitool in grado di selezionare in automatico da 4 a 6 o 10 utensili.
Inoltre per una maggiore flessibilità si possono alloggiare punzoni a torretta alta di tipo Amada o per mezzo di un apposito adattatore fornito a richiesta anche singoli punzoni di tipo Trumpf o altro tipo di punzoni.
E’ possibile montare monopunzoni in stazioni D - C – B – A con appropriate riduzioni
Il CNC dotato d'interfaccia grafica rende la programmazione della macchina molto semplice ed intuitiva.
L'operatore, infatti, grazie all'utilizzo di questo schermo tattile, è in grado di programmare le operazioni più semplici e utilizzate sul campo quali punzonatura singola e in linea, griglia di fori, roditura circolare e lineare, finestra, scantonature e tutte le altre operazioni in linea con le esigenze del lavoro.

La regolazione della corsa del punzone avviene automaticamente ed è programmabile via software, con correzione automatica in rapporto allo spessore.
IMAC Italia ha pensato inoltre di offrire un software (opzionale) che permette di memorizzare i programmi su chiave USB o direttamente su disco rigido interno o collegare il CNC della macchina alla rete aziendale. Si possono infatti creare programmi complessi da un altro pc usando PunchLab LT o altri programmi CAD/CAM e importare i files direttamente sulla macchina.Con queste macchine si possono anche fare pezzi speciali e soprattutto con estrema flessibilità e rapidità, cambiare tipo di lavoro e materiali per eseguire piccole serie o campionature.

Le punzonatrici IMAC permettono le seguenti applicazioni: punzonatura, roditura, formatura, incisione, marcatura, imbottitura, nervatura, svasatura, piegatura, estrusione, deformazione produzione d'archi, d'alette di ventilazione e raffreddamento, di griglie e bordi per filettare.
Grazie all'unità idraulica tali lavorazioni possono raggiungere livelli elevati di precisione e costanza nel tempo.



The CNC IMAC Punching Machine is equipped with a Multitool system capable of selecting automatically 6 tools.
Moreover, in order to provide the customer with a higher flexibility, you can fit either high turret punches by Amada or single Trumpf type punches through a proper adapter supplied on demand.
The CNC which is equipped with graphic interface with "touch screen" technology makes the machine programming very simple and intuitive.
The user, indeed, thanks to this touch screen, is able to program the most simple and in use sheet workings like for example single and in line punching, holes grid, circular and linear nibbling, window, notching and all the other kinds of workings on the line with the market requirements.

The machine board software is already equipped with a function to import the dxf files and nesting and this makes the machine capable of working with any kind of external software.
The adjustment of the punch stroke is automatic and can be programmed through the software, with automatic creation according to the thickness.
The user can moreover store the programs on a USB key, directly on the internal hard disk or connect the machine's CNC to the company network.
The operator can also create complicated programs directly from the Pc using the CamLab LT or other programs CAD/CAM and import the files directly on the machine.

The operator using this kind of punching machine, can also manufacture special pieces and, with high flexibility and quickness, change the type of working and material in order to carry out small series and samplings.
The machines can also be equipped with a special square to carry out manual and small dimensioned workings.
