Signs that you need deliverance:

You justify staying in your sin instead of making sin rare like Jesus expects. You have no conviction. We all come to Jesus as sinners but we should not stay in our sin but be transformed
You think Christians don’t need deliverance from demons
You are selfish / demanding
You try to make others obey you / controlling
You are sexually impure / lustful / look at porn / fornicate
You are prideful / boastful / arrogant / think your perfect
You are mean
You have no peace
You are religious like the Pharisees
You want revenge / have bitterness
You think you are godly but only have fruit of the flesh
Make idols of people / money / sports / alcohol / food / smoking / sex / etc
Jealous
Anxiety / fear / anger / hatred
Feel rejected / abandoned
Involved in the occult
Yoga / Crystals / Harry Potter books

You know you are delivered when you consistently walk in the fruit of the spirit :
Galatians 5:22-23, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Also humility and sexual purity. Sin is rare in your life. To be delivered forgive all who ever hurt you, repent for pride and turn from sin. Command demons out.

Romans‬ ‭6:15-23‬ ‭NKJV
What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Hebrews‬ ‭10:26-31‬ ‭ NKJV‬‬
‬ “For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
