In this episode, Jane is having a day from hell! She's confronted by some very angry passengers and is screamed at across the terminal - and a crash on the M1 doesn't help matters. Captain Pete takes his passengers to the wrong part of France, causing all sorts of problems. Meanwhile, at Liverpool Airport, Jennifer's hoping to fly to Amsterdam for the weekend, the only problem is that she's left her passport in Manchester.
