Ingredients
For Paneer Tikka Marinade
Paneer cubes
Thick curd
Ginger-garlic paste
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Kasuri methi
Lemon juice
Salt
Oil
For Gravy
Butter
Oil
Bay leaf
Onion paste
Ginger-garlic paste
Tomato puree
Red chilli powder
Kashmiri chilli powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Fresh cream
Kasuri methi
Salt
Water (as needed)
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix curd, spices, lemon juice and oil.
2️⃣ Add paneer cubes, coat well and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
3️⃣ Shallow fry or grill the paneer till lightly golden and smoky. Keep aside.
4️⃣ Heat butter + oil, add bay leaf and onion paste. Cook till oil separates.
5️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook till thick and glossy.
6️⃣ Add all dry spices, mix well and cook on low flame.
7️⃣ Add water to adjust gravy consistency.
8️⃣ Add fried paneer tikka and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
9️⃣ Finish with fresh cream and crushed kasuri methi.

Serve hot with naan, roti, jeera rice or butter kulcha 😍
