easy upgrade for old industrial sewing machine (clutch to servo motor install)

I picked up an old Brother DB2-B755-3 industrial sewing machine to continue on my sewing journey. The first thing I want to do is upgrade the old, noisy, heavy clutch motor to a quieter, lighter and more energy efficient servo motor with speed control. I went for the RedSun 550W kit.
