Christopher Dittrich is a speaker, storyteller, and author of Keep Moving Forward: A Memoir of Recovery, Resilience, and Reclaiming a Life Worth Living.

At just 18, a devastating car accident left him with a severe traumatic brain injury, forcing him to relearn how to think, walk, talk, and rebuild his identity from scratch.

His journey has taken him from hospital wards in his home state of New Jersey to classrooms in Miami.

Then from new beginnings in Beijing and Hong Kong to finding love, purpose, and personal fulfilment in Bangkok.

Today, Chris shares his story to inspire others facing adversity, proving that resilience, connection and humor can turn even the hardest setbacks into a life worth living.
