"I've known Aston from Freestylers for around 25 years when we both first broke through, as it was called back then, the 'Big Beat' scene alongside the likes of Fatboy Slim and Chemical Brothers.
We used to tour the US together and have been friends for a very long time.
Our breakthrough tracks were Dub Pistols "Cyclone" and Freestylers "Roughneck"
We decided we wanted to pay tribute to those tracks and those days so 'Soundboy Killa' is a nod to those hedonistic days with an up to date twist."
