DC Comics Legends mobile game.
Bug is on ability of Green Arrow - Emerald Archer when he is team leader. Critical strikes delivered by GA's team should cause the enemy team to lose turn meter. Instead, only individual enemies are affected, and the turn meter actually goes UP, of all things.
Also, the team selection screen appears to be bugged. It, in fact, applies two agility down and nominally turn meter down.
Have tried to minimize unimportant parts, but if you want the TL;DR version, skip to the 2:05 mark for the money shot clear example of "this is bugged."
This is PvE, but it also happens in PvP.
Also, I misspelled Cheetah, but I'm too lazy to edit and re-upload. Oh well.
