In the hundred-day work scheme, the name of Ram is being used instead of Gandhiji's. Mamata Banerjee voiced her opposition to this on the very day the bill was passed in the Lok Sabha. From the stage of the industry and trade conference, the Chief Minister announced that the state's Karmashree project will be named after Gandhiji.
