Here's a tutorial video showing how you can create functional black holes and white holes inside Unreal Engine 5. The basic concept is that the black hole will suck objects into it and slowly grow bigger. Alternatively, there is also a white hole that you can send the objects into that got sucked into the black hole, effectively teleporting them. There is plenty of room for this mechanic to be expanded upon, and would be a very fun idea to implement in your games!
