Injection
Fully automated injection of donut rings, shells, and Long Johns from the top, side or both. Volumetric accuracy of up to ±2% at rates of up to 30 cycles per minute. AXIS Injection Systems handle all kinds of crèmes, jams, jellies and chocolates, thick or thin, with or without inclusions.

Icing & Glazing
The AXIS Glazer deposits a smooth, even layer of glaze across the entire width of the deposit for consistent texture, coverage, and visual appeal. Apply all types of water-based, fat-based and RTU icings to the top of your donuts in clean, perfect rings with the AXIS Half Icer.

Topping
Top your donuts off with chocolate chips, sprinkles, candies, coconut, nuts and much more. The AXIS Topper ensures uniform coverage across the entire width of the deposit for volumetric accuracy and consistent visual appeal while reducing topping usage and waste.

Drizzling
Dispense limitless drizzle patterns including cross-hatching, figure-8’s, zigzags, custom designs and random patterns that mimic the look of decorating by hand. Precise temperature control throughout the system keeps icing at optimal viscosity for smooth, uninterrupted flow.

Basketing
Ensure that your donuts stay in perfect condition all the way through the packaging stage by eliminating the need for operator handling. The AXIS Retractable Conveyor quickly pulls back once donuts reach the end of the conveyor, dropping them neatly into baskets below. Precise timing and accurate positioning make for a more efficient basketing process.
