Welcome to Sweet Creations!
I am Kwang. Today I am going to share with you how I decorated Me To You bear with royal icing.
First, I spread white icing with a food only brush and created lines to give a wood grain effect. I used sugarflair's dusts to add some colours on to the biscuits.
Then, I drew the bear with a food pen (I used pico projector to draw the bears onto biscuits).
Using a piping consistency royal icing, I outlined the bear. I left the icing to dry before filling in with grey royal icing.
I made three different shades of grey. I filled the icing using the pictures as a reference.
I wanted to give some texture so I used grey royal icing. You need a clean dry brush to dab the icing onto the icing.
