Modi said the TMC boycotted the event and left arrangements in mismanagement, calling it not just an insult to the President, but also to the Constitution and the democratic tradition of India.

He warned that the arrogance and dirty politics of the TMC would be “shattered into pieces” by the people of West Bengal and stated that the country, women, and tribal community will not forgive this disrespect.

The Prime Minister highlighted the significance of the controversy occurring just before International Women’s Day.
