Описание: Today, I am sharing a ride through Dowie’s Woods and Dowies Off-Piste MTB Trails in the Forest of Dean over several trips earlier this year, showing my belief that “Group Rides = Progression” and that “Group rides = More Fun.” 😊

I genuinely believe that group rides and coaching have helped me become a more capable and confident rider.

Today, I showcase these group rides that took me through Dowie's off-piste MTB trails, which are much more natural and rugged, not as curated as a trail centre, but just as fun and playful, where I learned a lot about myself and my bike.

I hope this inspires you to join group rides. I would love to hear about your experiences with them.

I share this latest diary entry in the hopes 🤞🏼 that I will begin to express my gratitude in the videos and showcase more individuals achieving their goals, just as I have. Like many others, this video is not solely about me; it is about MTB and one of the most extraordinary revelations I have encountered: you, the community, and the significant, consistently positive impact you have made on me, just as you have on one another in so many countless ways. 🤍

As I embrace and enjoy coaching lessons, sessioning, and participating in group rides with other MTB riders, I still love to practice the fundamentals. I cannot express how much of a difference this has made to my confidence and competence on the bike. 🤩

If you are like me and new to MTB, I cannot recommend highly enough learning through coaching, group rides, and sessioning/practising. This is particularly important if you start a bit later in life, as we no longer bounce; we tend to snap, crackle, and pop. 😉 Also, if you have ever had a crash ❤️‍🩹 and felt a bit anxious about getting back on the bike, please share your experience in the comments, and I would love to respond.
