Описание: In this video you will learn how to master playing under pressure. Knowing how to deal with pressure in football could be very challenging. I will be telling you some drills to learn how to play under pressure, how to come out of pressure as well as how to stay calm under pressure when you are playing football/soccer. When you are on the pitch playing soccer, every position will get different levels of pressure. If you are playing as a winger, or defensive roles, you will be under a lot less pressure compare to playing as a striker or centre midfield or defensive midfield position. So you need to know where on the pitch, you would get less pressure so you create space accordingly to help yourself out as well as help your teammates out to receive the ball. But one thing is for sure, Doesn’t matter what position you play, you have to know how to deal with pressure in soccer. You have to know how to be fearless when you are playing soccer.
