So you can install this plugin " Dynamic Visibility for Elementor " and " Geolocation IP Detection " plugin for geo targeting the user or visitor location and then you can hide content / columns / elements for one or more multiple countries with condition and display for others countries. When you click on edit container then you see new option visibility so enable that option and then select show mode hide and add trigger geotargeting (geotarget) and then you can select countries like Pakistan, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdoms etc.
