What is spirituality?

Описание: That’s when I started to look for answers to my questions about the Nature of existence, about death and about our purpose in life.

I was consumed by the desire to uncover the truths of life and read extensively.

I read books, blogs, spiritual texts, philosophies, watched videos on YouTube and kept reflecting on my own thoughts, actions and emotions.

This is when the desire to improve as a human being started to get ignited. I wanted to become better, leave my patterns, break out of conditioning and more towards freedom.

I yearned for freedom from my self-limiting beliefs, emotional suffering, attachments and unhealthy relationships.

As I started to practice yogasanas, meditation, chanting religiously and was aware of my thoughts and actions, I noticed small changes everyday.

I have started to live more freely, joyfully and lovingly. Of course the spiritual journey has many layers. As we uncover one, we realise so much more work on the self is required.

I hope you can take some inspiration from my journey and begin to deepen your work on yourself.

Remember, the only real project you will work on in this lifetime is YOU!
