This video is intended to be a brief introduction to Walter Russell's new concept of the universe which describes a physics theory of everything.
It highlights three of Russell's postulates as a starting point:

Everything is made of LIGHT
The universe has only two states STILLNESS and MOTION
There are only two forces GRAVITATION and RADIATION
