Описание: A video obtained by The Oregonian/OregonLive shows Deputy Dan O'Keeffe tackling a defendant during an appearance at the Clackamas County Courthouse. The defendant, Ronald Strasser, refused to acknowledge his identity, prompting O’Keeffe to pull him to the ground. O'Keeffe is under investigation for allegedly planning ahead of time to beat up Strasser.
