2 tsp cold pressed peanut oil
250 grams/2 cups maida/all-purpose flour
50 grams sooji/semolina
1/2 cup dahi/yoghurt
1/2 tsp rock salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
water for kneading dough
