How to Import and Export Browser Bookmarks or Favorites

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.
2. At the top right, click on the three horizontal dots of the menu.
3. Click on the Favorites from the drop-down menu list.
4. In the Favorites window, click on the three horizontal dots at the top.
5. Click on the Export favorites option from the dropdown list.
6. Select a location to save the file, and make sure that the *.html is selected in the Save as type.
7. Click on the Save button.
8. Close the Microsoft Edge browser.
9. Now, open the Google Chrome browser.
10. Click on the three vertical dots of the menu at the top right of the browser.
11. From the drop-down list, click on the Bookmarks.
12. From the sub-menu of Bookmarks, click on the Bookmark manager.
13. On the Bookmark page, click on the three vertical dots menu icon at the top right.
14. Click on the Export bookmarks.
15. Save the bookmarks file
16. At the top right of the Google Chrome browser, click on the three horizontal dots of the menu.
17. From the drop-down list, click on the Bookmarks.
18. Click on the Import bookmarks and settings…
19. Select your browser to import bookmarks, like here I have selected Bookmarks HTML File.
20. Click on the Choose file button.
21. Select the favorites HTML file and click on the Open button.
22. In the Import bookmarks and settings popup, click on the Done button.
23. To check the imported bookmarks, click on the three horizontal dots menu.
24. Click on the Bookmarks, and then click on the Bookmark manager from the sub-menu list.
25. Now, double-click on the Imported folder, and then click on the Favorites bar folder to open it.
26. Here, you will find all the imported bookmarks of Microsoft Edge.
