Activity Scoring Dashboard in Zoho Analytics Using Zoho CRM

Описание: With Zoho deprecating a tool called motivator we would like to share an implementation that allows you to do scoring that will essentially let you do the same thing without motivator.

Here are the keynotes of this implementation:

-CRM - Analytics connector to pull CRM data into Analytics
-Formula columns designed with logic to assign point values to Calls placed, Leads converted, and Deals won
--Points could be based on Call length, Lead conversion time, Deal size
-Dashboard to roll up point scores from various CRM activities
-Serves as an alternative to the deprecated Motivator. Slightly less visually appealing, but more customizable.
