Описание: Welcome to Healing the Hungry Ghost! 🪷 I’m Summer, a trauma therapist exploring the roots of stress, disconnection, and emotional suffering — and what it truly means to heal.

In this video, I share my honest perspective as a therapist on what makes therapy effective and what the research really says about talk therapy. I also talk through the newer experiential approaches and how therapy can move beyond just reducing your symptoms to helping you heal and transform in deeper, more meaningful ways.
