If you have a big project but are struggling to plan, then try using a Gantt chart to keep on track!
I used Gantt charts throughout my PhD to plan experiments and knowing the big plan was there kept me calm. This video explains how I would come up with tasks for my Gantt chart, how I would make it and how I would use it week to week to make sure I was heading in the right direction.
