INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 cup mutton kheema
Chopped coriander
1 tsp oil
1 egg
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped coriander
2 nos bread slices
Cooked kheema
Fried egg
Butter

INSTRUCTIONS
In a pan add oil, ginger, garlic and onions and saute well.
Add tomatoes and all powdered masala to it and cook well.
Add kheema into it.
Add little water and cook it well.
Finish with chopped coriander.
In another pan add oil break one egg and make a fried egg.
Take a slice of bread, spread a kheema mixture properly and place the fried egg on top.
Cover with another slice of bread.
On a grill pan add butter to grill the sandwich from both sides.
Serve with chutney.
