Final Battle
After Snake managed to survive the corridor full of microwaves and injected the Virus on GW. He wakes up on top of Outer Haven and when Otacon went to get some help, Liquid shows up to end up things once and for all, their final battle. Seems all these plot was planed by Liquid for these Final battle.
