hellu (from the future of this footage)!!! In this video, I captured the gap between midterms and finals (my capstone presentation sat in this space). I had some time to exhale and breathe before the next workaholic wave hit. Spending time with my friends is very important to me and I’m glad that I got to do that during this small breathing space. You may realise that I prefer to tackle midterms and finals on my own rather than with my friends. It’s become more isolated through the months and so any time spent with friends is incredibly dear to me. I’m glad I got to see the ocean and spend time cooking at Christie’s and watching films.

Speaking in the present time, it still hasn’t sunk in that it’s summer holidays. Even though the school semester is over and done with, there are many weird and scary changes happening in my life. It’s been a strange past two-three weeks. I’m adjusting to losing someone very important to me but that’s all I’ll say about that. There are many things that I prefer to keep private about my life even though I’ve shared so much the past year. I’m learning it’s okay to keep some things to myself! But thank you for being there for me nonetheless. I hope this semester/term has been valuable for you. All semesters can be tough but something can always be gained from such difficulties.

I’ve finished my capstone project and I intend on explaining it more in a later video because it means a lot to me. I’m proud of myself for finishing this semester the way that I did! I learnt to balance my school life with things happening outside of academics. There were so many moments where I was stunned by how far I could challenge my limits. (There were also many moments where I stepped back and had to tell myself I’m only human) (Those were also important moments)
