The situation is still tense in Bloemfontein following Thursday night's looting of goods from foreign nationals' spaza shops.
So far 29 people have been arrested for public violence.
This as a result of learners who were admitted to hospitals in Bloemfontein after allegedly consuming food bought from hawkers outside the school premises.
A total of 47 learners received medical attention at Pelonomi Hospital after being admitted at hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
Community leaders want inspections of all wholesalers to see the quality of goods sold.
