1:08 - The incident started after police arrested a wanted man, whose vehicle led to a house on Woodbury Street, which sits across from Jason Lee Elementary. SWAT was called in and eventually police arrested 3 more people who also had warrants. The school operated under secure and teach mode, later releasing students as normal.

Citizens say it's a waste of money that could be spent elsewhere. Though police leaders are trying to debunk those concerns and even launch a real time crime center.

It stems from years of financial troubles and a debt of 1 million dollars. It comes as a new superintendent takes the helm, and they have a 3 point plan to keep the schools open.
