• Condensed milk - 20 grams (≈0.7 oz / 1 tbsp)
• 2 egg yolks
• Starch - 10 grams (≈0.7 oz / 2.5 tbsp)

Homemade cookies:
• 2 eggs
• Sugar - 80 grams (≈2.8 ounces / ⅓ cup)
• All-purpose flour - 150 grams (≈5.3 ounces / 1 ¼ cups)
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
• Salt - pinch
• Vanilla sugar - 5 grams (≈0.18 ounces / 1 tsp)
