Material Color Coating Project Based on PLC
This project mainly focuses on to make an automatic paint machine. In this system sensor are provided which is able to sense the material on paint line and after detecting material the paint sprayer will on automatically and it will stop after passing the material from the paint line. If there is no material on paint line then the sprayer will stop automatically. This system can be used in many type of industries like ceramic, panel coating, plastic painting etc.
