Crispy Chickpeas💖
📝 Ingredients:
• 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, pepper, and spices to taste (I used herbes de Provence and dried garlic, but paprika and garlic powder also work great)
👩🌾 Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel — the drier they are, the crispier they’ll get.
3. Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your chosen spices.
4. Roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking the tray every 15 minutes, until golden and crispy (if it’s still soft, you need to cook it some minutes more).
5. Let cool slightly before serving — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
