A shocking allegation has surfaced from Rajkanika in Kendrapara district, where a Class VII girl was allegedly gang-raped inside her school premises. The incident has triggered widespread outrage in the area.

Following the uproar, police have detained three teachers, a woman helper and a security guard for questioning. The Child Welfare Committee (CWC) has recorded the statement of the minor and initiated further proceedings as part of the investigation.

Meanwhile, the victim’s mother has levelled serious allegations against the school authorities. The school principal has demanded a proper investigation into the matter as police continue their probe inside the campus.
