Update-6000 Blk. of Wyandotte St. E fire: Fire crews are extinguishing hot spots at the fire dispatched at approx. 8:15am this morning. Hydro and gas isolated to the house. No extension to the second floor. Fire reported to be under control at this time.*JS

Update: Fire investigator on scene in the 6300 Block of Wyandotte St. E. 1 firefighter was treated by EMS at the scene. 2 dogs found deceased by fire crews. Updates to follow.*JS

Update-6300 Blk of Wyandotte St. E. Injured FF has been admitted to hospital for further medical observation. Fire originated in the kitchen. 3 possible ignition sources are being examined. Approx $600k in damages. Cause consider accidental.*JS
