Double Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 20in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 20in long

For Bottom you will need 5 Blue Ruffles cut at 20in and 5 Orange Ruffles cut at 20in

For Top you will need 4 Blue Ruffles cut at 20in and Orange Ruffles cut at 20in

Ribbons Cut- 12in
