Waoo (Fiber. FTTH, Fibia GPON) VS Yousee (Coax. Cable, Docsis 3.1) Compare Speedtest, Denmark 2019

Описание: I Thought it would be fun to do a speedtest and see how the Fastest speed product, delivered on Fiber from Waoo, compared to the fastest speed product on Coax (Copper) from Yousee. Both of these speeds have been available for more than 2 years as the top speeds for both companies in Denmark. This is interesting, and relevant to a lot of people who have got installed Fiber from Waoo. All installations in Denmark of Fiber is FTTH, so any speed could be delivered on Fiber. It is no secret that I think its a little disappointing, that the speeds on Fiber is not above or at least equal to what is offered on Coax. (Cable).

Current price of the products are:
Waoo 500/500 around $71/62 euro/£54/470 DKK. a month.
Yousee 1000/500 around $83/73 euro/£64/550 DKK. a month.

There is no need to make comment like "I got Gbit or higher on Fiber in DK or something like that", because sure you can get much faster speeds on Fiber in DK, but its not widely available to most of the country.

Note to speedtests : speedtest.net have added a "Single-connection" option, which enable you to do a single threaded speedtest. The default "Multiple-connections" option that uses 32 threads at once, have been used on the speedtests I have done here.
