Fluffy Pancake Recipe 👩🏻🍳🥞✨
Ingredients
1 Egg
10 g Sugar
10 g Butter
120 ml Milk
100 g Flour
7 g Baking Powder
1 g Salt
Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
In a separate bowl, gently heat the milk and butter until the butter melts.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Cook on a pan and enjoy your fluffy pancakes! 🥞💛
