I believe this will be the first of many videos about my newest vehicle purchase, the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Here's to new adventures courtesy of Crosstrek.
My 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited didn't come with many extras, it's the way I wanted it because ordering some of those extras separately, even from the official Subaru parts/accessories store is more affordable than the sticker/installed at factory price was.
I was very disappointed with the rear cargo light that came standard on the Crosstrek. Not only was it not upgraded as per the "LED Upgrade", which was one of only 2 "extra" items on my vehicle from the factory, it's size and location result in it not providing much more light than a Maglite with a dying battery.
Luckily I was able to find the OEM/Suburau rear gate light housing for about $20 less than what it costs from Subaru. Installation was also quick and relatively easy.
