Описание: Today I want to talk to you about how older women can make friends in this technology age. Things have changed and the way we interact and make new friends has changed. I want to share with you some ideas on how to use technology to complement the ways we make friends in the real world as older adults.

As we get older, our relationships and activities change, and we need to find new ways to fill that void. Loneliness is a big challenge for our demographic and even though we enjoy living alone, something in our hearts wants us to be social.

I'll talk about old-school ways like community groups, clubs, and churches, but also technology-based online opportunities like virtual friends on Facebook, Instagram, and other community sites. And if you're interested, I'll also give you a glimpse of our Patreon group, which started as a friendship group but has now turned into an amazing group where people are getting together in person.
