This version of Toph is potentially the most powerful among all the rest. Earthbending is easy when Toph is on the board, and even when she is removed, she helps you bring back a useful spell when she is recast.

The deck was slightly tricky to build, and there were a few iterations of this deck that were powerful, but did not work as well with Toph. After a few games though, I found the perfect way to build this deck and make sure it worked just as intended.

Tiny value spells in the beginning that can help in mid game, and huge spells for mid game, that can be recurred in the late game for maximum effect. This is a counter deck however. In its bones it is a counters deck and it does really well with it. Exceptional commander!
