Описание: The Knockout Mouse Project Phase 2 KOMP2 has embarked on a bold and groundbreaking effort to produce knockout mouse lines for broadbased phenotyping of 2500 genes over 5 years. The 3 KOMP2 projects based at BaSH JAX and DTCC and the Data Coordination Center at EBI have together produced this video to present our collective collaborative efforts. Together in cooperation with the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium IMPC our work sets the stage for another 5000 genes over another 5 years ultimately completing a comprehensive collection of mouse lines and phenotyping data for nearly every gene in the mouse genome.
